Experience
She has more than 15 years of experience in Human Development, specifically potentiating human talent, giving workshops and facilitating training processes, personnel recruitment, organizational culture evaluator focused on the adaptation to change and achievement of organizational objectives. Facilitator of talent alignment processes with the corporate strategy. Furthermore, she has experience in the design, coordination, and analysis of Performance Evaluations.
In the Administrative Accounting Area, she has broad experience in the development of Organizational Strategic Planning, Internal Policies Guidelines, Manuals of Procedures and search and implementation of good practices. She also assumes the coordination and supervision of the administrative processes inherent to an organization. Associate in the development of the Cost Matrix for the Training Courses that constitute the Professional Development Program of the Ministry of Treasury.
In the Internal Audit area, she has experience in the design of instruments and establishment of metrics for Performance and Productivity Evaluations. Design, implementation and follow-up of Professional Development plans with the purpose of maintaining quality standards and continuous improvement. In addition to reducing operational risk.
She has worked as a professor at the Latin University of Costa Rica, Distance State University and the Catholic University of Costa Rica.
